The Team
Matt Polson. CCO, Chief Creative Officer
Matt has spent the last twenty years working full time as an artist of some sort: whether he’s performing on stage or screen; teaching presentation skills to youth, college students, or business professionals; or producing, directing, shooting, and editing video for dozens of Richmond businesses, Matt’s passion for creativity and education knows no bounds.
A graduate of VCU, Matt eventually taught Public Speaking for his alma maters’ School of Business, as well as corporate workshops on leadership skills and storytelling.
Today, Matt is committed more than ever to being a source of high quality, affordable video production services for his native city of Richmond. As a fellow small-business owner, he understands how expensive it is to run a business in the ever changing economy, and he wants to be of service to his community while also providing opportunities for up and coming filmmakers and storytellers of all varieties.
Allison Gilman. CMO, Chief Marketing Officer
Allison is a multi-faceted marketing professional whose passion is helping small businesses tell their story and connect with their audience.
After graduating from Emerson College in Boston with the Dean's Scholarship and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Administration, she went on to work in the Marketing departments for such prestigious theatre companies as Actors Theatre of Louisville in Kentucky and Virginia Repertory Theatre in Richmond.
Allison is an experienced sales and marketing administrator with a demonstrated history of skills in social media, copyediting, customer service, event planning, and accessibility. Additionally, she is currently pursuing an American Sign Language degree from J. Sargeant Reynolds, and she is dedicated to inclusivity, especially in the world of video production and social media.
